Walk-in Clinics
Every Wednesday we will be offering “A Session At A Time” Single session counselling;
from 12:30 to 8:00pm, with last appointment at 6:30pm, at our Niagara Falls Resource Centre, 6760 Morrison Street.
What is “A Session at a Time” Walk In Counselling?
It is counselling service for adults 16 and up that enables individuals to see CMHA counsellors at their decided moment of need. The intention is to create opportunities for immediate problem solving and therapeutic conversation, as well as connectedness to other CMHA services if required. For most individuals a single session may be all that is needed, however the walk in service may be used more than once.
Who Can Attend?
Individual adults, 16 years or older may come in who are requesting counselling services, from across the Niagara Region. The focus or agenda of the counselling is based on what the individual wants from the meeting.
The walk in counselling is not meant to be an emergency or crisis service.
In the case of a crisis situation, please contact COAST at 1-800-263-4944.
